Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective or damaged.
Non-Eligible Items
Items purchased on final sale or clearance.
Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
